Meet Noël.
Noël Wood is a holistic therapist whose work lives at the intersection of clinical rigor and embodied wisdom. With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a PhD in Metaphysical Sciences, she guides women through a curated path of self-compassion—from online courses to private coaching and immersive retreats.
Her method is quiet, grounded, and deeply personal. She believes that transformation begins not by striving but by remembering—who you already are, underneath everything you’ve been told to be.
Full StoryRooted Modalities
“Our intent isn’t to feel better but to get better at feeling.”
Self-Compassion
The foundation of everything here. We practice radical self-acceptance—not as an idea, but as a felt experience. Meditation, mindfulness, and the slow, honest return to who you already are.
Embodied Healing
Your body holds wisdom that your mind hasn’t caught up to yet. Through breathwork, somatic grounding, and gentle nervous system practices, we come back into relationship with the intelligence that lives beneath thought.
Ways to Begin
